Jessica Mathiau had a strict no drinking and driving policy - so when she got sozzled, she made her kid do the driving for her instead.
Unfortunately for her, police didn't appreciate the plan and the Vermont housewife was charged with child endangerment.
According to cops, Mathiau was highly intoxicated, and totally incapable of driving her car.
She may have been drunk. while seated in the passenger seat, but police say Mattiau at least had the presence of mind to activate the car's emergency brake numerous times in the middle of traffic.
