What the Devil?! Satanist Alex Snelson is suing Nevada jail for denying him his favourite ice cream.
In a federal lawsuit, Snelson, 33, accuses the prison of "violating his constitutional rights" by not feeding him ice cream, which is part of his strict pagan diet.
Snelson makes the accusations in a hand-written complaint filed to the U.S. District Court in Reno, and insists ice cream is one of the only 'whole foods' his religion permits him to eat.
Complains Snelson: "Each day that I am effectively forced to eat outside my religious dietary guidelines is a day that I must endure feeling totally and utterly violated, tortured and religiously defiled."
